snap shot

Well this could be interesting. I'm looking for ways of using snapshot. Maybe if I just list a series of links I use in day to day life it'll just happen....not

slide del.icio.us edublog

Introducing Snap Shots from Snap.comI just installed a nice little tool on this site called Snap Shots that enhances links with visual previews of the destination site, interactive excerpts of Wikipedia articles, MySpace profiles, IMDb profiles and Amazon products, display inline videos, RSS, MP3s, photos, stock charts and more.
Sometimes Snap Shots bring you the information you need, without your having to leave the site, while other times it lets you "look ahead," before deciding if you want to follow a link or not.
Should you decide this is not for you, just click the Options icon in the upper right corner of the Snap Shot and opt-out.

Tim Rylands uses ICT invisibly

ICT invisiblity

Hi Doug. I wondered if you'd found the stuff that Tim Rylands had been doing with Myst. It kind of reminded me when you showed your "Piano " video.I have done this with a couple of classes and I have to say the results are excellent. I downloaded the free 30 second clips from games sites and used them. I must have downoloaded about 15 minutes worth for the first lesson as I had no idea how it would go. In the end I used 8 seconds for an hours session!!:)
